  1. Shipping Timeframe: All physical items purchased from Craft Station Creations will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order, unless otherwise specified. Custom orders will require a minimum of 2 business days and a maximum of 5 business days to complete prior to shipment, depending on the complexity of the request. If you are on a deadline and need the item ASAP, something can be worked out, please contact us using the chat or by email fmtyhandmade@gmail.com

  2. Approval Requirement: All shipments are subject to approval. We reserve the right to review and approve orders before processing and shipping. In the event that an order requires additional verification or information, we will contact you promptly.

  3. Digital Downloads: For items such as digital downloads, no physical shipment is required. Upon completion of your order, digital items will be emailed directly to the email address associated with your order.

  4. Shipping Providers: Craft Station Creations utilizes various shipping providers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. The selection of the shipping provider will be based on factors such as destination, package size, and customer preferences.

  8. International Shipping: Craft Station Creations currently offers shipping within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
